HPV 23 Subtypes DNA Diagnostic Kit

PCR products amplified by biotin-labeled primers are hybridized to the 23 specific DNA probes immobilized onto a nylon membrane strip. After the HRP conjugation and color reaction, the blue spots on the strip is used to judge the presence of HPV subtypes.
